本會為依法設立 、 非以營利為目的之社會團體，為擴大棒球參與人口及提升棒球運動風氣，推動規則更精簡 丶 節奏更明快的五人制棒球運動，吸引青年世代參與，促動棒球參與者和観賞者的成長，一方面促使五人制棒球運動向下紮根，另一方面提昇活絡全國的整體五人制棒球運動與發展，進一步與世界棒壘潮流接軌。

本會之任務如下，並依相關法令規定推動及執行：

一丶藉以推廣優質棒球教育之精神。

二丶讓台灣棒球環境更好並拓展棒球人口。

三丶跳脫傳統棒球限制，讓棒球成為全民運動。

四丶提供跨領域交流平台，使我國棒球實力整髖上升。

五丶鼓勵學生族群接觸棒球運動，落實基層紮根。

六丶成為五人制棒球賽事窗口，培養更多棒球專業人才。
